Eufemio Rasco IV or “Tupac,” as he is known among his peers, is no exception to its universal allure finding himself hopelessly spellbound by the raw and primal qualities of the naked form. The youngest of thirteen, Eufemio enjoyed the support of his parents as he pursued his artistic yearnings. Diligent even in his self-education, in grade school he had already received a silver medal for an entry in the Asian’s Children Art Contest in Japan. He would also constantly refine his skills by sketching portraits of his father’s friends during events for humble tokens. First going to University of the Philippines to take up Studio Arts, Rasco went to take up Painting under Philippine Women’s Unviersity Institute of Fine Arts and Design.
