A Primavera Welcome

For “A Primavera Welcome”, wide-ranging in both scope and practice of eighteen (18) respected artists, works by Joseph Albao, William Alvarez, Jo Balbarona, Richard Buxani, Caress Banson, Marco Coching, Katrina Cuenca, Gary Custodio, Marge Organo, Ram Mallari, Ann Moneda, Herbert Pajarito, Perfecto Palero Jr., Averil Paras, Carlo Pujeda, Aljo Pingol, Aner Sebastian and Camille Ver converge and, so to speak, converse.

Life can be summed up in the seasonal world of nature. Sadness to joy, death to rebirth, destruction to renewal is the experience of living, in nature and in humans. The dark cold of winter gives way to the sunrise of spring, to a new day, new life and the healing power of art.

For this exhibit, the artists are passionate about showcasing works that touch others with socially meaningful and spiritually uplifting messages of hope and inspiration. Each artist strives to provoke strong positive responses through their art, and challenge viewers to reflect and to improve themselves. The positive emotions generated from engaging in the featured pieces encourages optimism and hope and contributes to personal enlightenment.

This exhibition of representational and conceptual works of art is about the intense spirit reflected in and associated with the human emotions and its various positive manifestations in life such as hope and renewal.
